The Family Stabilization Program

offers targeted, short-term assistance to families navigating temporary hardship. Our goal is to prevent separation, homelessness, or crisis by helping families stay together — and grow stronger.

The Family Stabilization Program offers structured, short-term support for Compassion House clients working toward long-term healing and independence. Through wraparound care and a dedicated case team, families receive the resources they need to overcome crisis and thrive.

This structured outreach initiative is designed to support families who are  are facing urgent challenges such as job loss, financial instability, housing insecurity, or family stress. Through customized plans and short-term case management, we help bridge the gap during times of crisis to keep families together and out of long-term intervention systems.

Why it Matters

Support. Structure. Stability.

Families in crisis often face a chain reaction of setbacks — housing instability, job loss, trauma, and separation. The Family Stabilization Program helps break that chain by providing immediate, tailored support for parents who are actively working toward healing and a better life for their children.

Due to the depth of care and resources involved, we are only able to serve a limited number of families at one time. Our team will select up to four qualifying families to receive full services under this program at any given time.

We encourage all clients who are on the path to stability and interested in participating to speak with their case manager about eligibility and upcoming openings.
